I started with the Salt Pepper Corn, which turned out to be quite good and enjoyable. For the main course, I tried Rice with Hundi Mutton. Honestly, the taste was just average it didn’t really have the authentic “hundi” flavor I was expecting. Overall, it was more of an okay-okay experience rather than something memorable. Food: 2 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: ₹400–600

I really enjoyed my visit to Alchemy Jorhat. They had great food and awesome service. Their Jamaican Jerk Chicken was a dish worth trying, Handi Murgh and Kadhai Paneer was burst of Indian flavours and Chicken Stroganoff was the star of the night. The service was cherry on top. A must visit Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
