The cafe should be named Unsuccessful Alchemist—everything they touched turned to disappointment. The service of this cafe is the worst I have ever experienced. They forget to bring your order I asked the female staff to bring the coffee at 12.30 . At 12.40 I had to remind the staff that I placed an order . I was almost about to cancel the order as the service was really very slow and I was getting late for my exam. They were taking 30-40 mins to bring an order . They have a scan and order system The ordering system is also bad as you don't get to know whether the order is placed or not . And it's irritating because if you wanna re order you have to add you details again and again. The food of this cafe is ordinary . I ordered irish coffee and bruschetta at the cafe . The coffee didn't taste like irish coffee ,it tasted like a normal frappe. The bruschetta was very spicy . So the food was not up to my expectations. The price of the dishes are exorbitant and are not worth the money as you don't enjoy the service or food . All they had was one miserable display croissant that they refused to serve me we left What kind of places is this I do not recommend at all all I wanted was a nice cappuccino and croissant very unhappy customer
