The customer service representatives have no idea how to behave at all. Their attitudes are appaling and quite unacceptable. They are rude, inhospitable, and lack basic etiquette.

Even the dine in is not very clean and appealing. There is no washroom and the handwash area is dark and dingy almost like that of a horror movie. Lacks cleanliness above all.

Not the real al baik. I did underatand the first dayhj was there. Still food was okay but when rcently visited some days back it has become worse. Fried chicked has been fried multiple times buring the chicken, not juicy, and the flavour has turned very bad. Management when reached is never concerned on same.
