One of the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. We had pre-booked 2 rooms on the top floor, and both the floor and the price (₹2900) were agreed upon over the phone. But when we arrived, the receptionist casually informed us that the guests already staying there extended their stay — so our rooms weren’t available. This is completely unacceptable. If there’s a prior booking, it’s the hotel’s responsibility to shift the existing guests elsewhere, not penalize the ones who actually booked in advance. What’s worse — when we said we would cancel everything and leave, suddenly the receptionist spoke to someone and magically the top floor rooms became available. Clearly, the rooms were there all along. Then, when the bill was given, it was ₹3100 instead of the agreed ₹2900. Again, only after we raised it did the receptionist adjust it back to ₹2900 after talking to another person. Why this shady confusion? As for the in-house restaurant — avoid it completely. When we went for dinner, the staff was outright rude. When we asked for a table for 4, the waiter just gestured rudely without a word. After sitting down, no one attended to us for 10-15 minutes. We eventually left hungry and went next door to Hotel Heritage, which had a lovely rooftop restaurant — highly recommend eating there instead. Back at the room, I asked for the WiFi password. The receptionist said we’d get an SMS with the login details. Nothing came — even after 30 minutes and a second call. Zero service. To top it off, when we checked out, they printed a bill for only one room despite us paying for two. That’s partly our fault for not double-checking, but I’m sure someone at the hotel pocketed that money. Overall — poor service, mismanagement, rude staff, and sneaky billing. This hotel is a mess and it’s the staff that are ruining its name. Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyo

Food doesn't taste good. Mutton half cooked tandoori over grilled chicken and mutton both has only bones little flesh ..
