Horrible experience with Behrouz so called royal briyani I have been a loyal fan of Behrouz Biryani in Chennai (ordered 10+ times) and always vouched for their quality. I wanted to introduce my family in Coimbatore to that same premium experience. But the order from the RS Puram cloud kitchen was a total disaster. This wasn't Dum Biryani. It was just white rice mixed with a bland masala paste. Found a strand of hair in the Mutton Biryani. The curd was diluted like water (see attached video). Delivery was 40 mins late, and now my brother and I have stomach aches. This experience was a complete waste of money and a health risk. This is definitely not the standard Behrouz claims to uphold. It has its own distinct aroma and flavour profile that makes it a must-try for every biryani lover. What impressed me even more was the parcel presentation. The box comes with beautiful traditional symbols, giving it an authentic touch. And the small paper mentioning the cook’s name adds a personal, heartfelt connection to the food — such a thoughtful gesture!
