Today, I had Egg Biryani from Alakapuri Hotel, and it was a terrible experience. The rice was served cold, and there was absolutely no masala or flavor in it. When I raised the complaint to the person who served me, he simply walked away and didn’t respond. I then took the issue to the billing counter, and the person there was extremely rude and dismissive. This was by far the worst food I’ve ever had from this place. Extremely disappointed with both the food and the service. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹600–800 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I recently visited alakapuri restaurant @ Kakkanad ordered beef roast and Kerala porota beef roast was yummy but porota was soggy to oily Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Porotta and Beef Roast
