I have been a frequent customer of this restaurant for quite some time, but today’s experience was really disappointing. I went for breakfast and ordered several items. One snack I mentioned was missing when the food arrived. Then suddenly, the bill came without even asking if we needed anything more. I ordered the missing snack again, and then they generated another bill. When I asked for two more coffees, the staff’s attitude completely changed — they became rude and uncomfortable to deal with. They were openly discussing about generating the bill multiple times, as if it was a problem, and one staff member even said in a weird manner that it would be the third bill. It really felt like they just wanted us to leave. We couldn’t order anything more because of this behavior. It’s really disappointing — even though the food is good, the customer service and attitude were very poor . I sincerely request the management to improve the service — please ask the customer if they need anything more before finalizing and generating the bill. That’s a simple and standard practice. We come here to enjoy food and we are paying for it, not getting it for free. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
