Easily one of the worst restaurants in this city. People visit this place with expectations they'll have good dining experience and mostly leave with frustrating one. I visited this place a few times. Before this location, it used to be in tukum. Since it's shift here, the food and service quality has rapidly declined. First of all, they don't serve RO water. You'll have to buy mineral water or bring water from your own home. This is unethical practice and should be fined accordingly. When i visited here the last time, i was not even looked at by anyone from staff despite calling them from 10 minutes. Then one person came and directly asked us for our orders without giving us menu. We had to ask for it and it took him another 5 minutes. Then we had our concerns with chicken kebab so we asked the person taking our order and he went to get the manager which took 10 minutes more. The manager came and answered our queries. Then our order came without begin served any plates. We had to wait 5 minutes for our plates. After getting plates we had to tell the server to bring us spoon and fork too for eating and serving the kebabs. He wasn't paying attention to us anymore because he was annoyed by our complaints. I personally had to visit the cash counter and ask for cutlery where the manager was standing. He listened to my complains and then shouted at the server for ignoring us. Then we got our cutlery and we served ourselves the kebabs. To our surprise the chicken was undercooked. Some kebab were cooked fine, some were partly cooked. At this point, i was just done complaining. I ate the cooked ones and went to pay the bill. The man at cash counter gave me another table's bill. I paid thinking it's from my table cause the dishes looked similar. I looked at a few items and asked him why did he add all these items as i didn't ordered them. He said that's all i ordered. I argued that's not my bill. He asked the server about it and there server told the cash counter man that he got the table number wrong. Then my original bill was given to me which was way less than the bill i paid. I complained to the man that nor the food nor the service was good. Tables were not cleaned on time, no one was paying attention to the customers even though there wasn't much crowd. He just shrugged and apologized. I vowed to go here again. I'm really happy the restaurant opposite of this "Two Kitchens" has everything better than this one. The competition has better crowd and i love visiting it and looking at this empty restaurant.
