I'm very disappointed with the service & sharing my experience with Al fanaar Mandi house, on 29th Aug,2023 mid night at around 12:30am visited and requested for Mutton Mandi and 2 khunafa. The guy at the reception asked me to take mutton Mandi BBQ instead of normal mutton Mandi and charged me 550/- pluse 400/- for khunafa explaining that mutton BBQ and Khunafa they provide is better quality and special and they did not given me the Soup after telling. I got that food in my home from Kishanbagh to Hayathnagar late night and I saw the quality is worst what he was explained while taking from the restaurant( mutton pcs were only two big bones without the mass in it and Khunafa doesn't have the chees and the quality, it was just a sivaiya that they gave us like we use to make in Ramadan(Sheetkhurma). I'm literally disappointed with the service and fake promise and my suggestion is not to take anything from this restaurant because they cheat the customer if it's takeaway. I don't think even they are providing good service in the restaurant also. I strongly recommend that not to go and chose this restaurant. I'm attaching the proof for better understanding.
