They are thugs. They are cheating people. The quality is worst. I ordered chicken popcorn and in return received chicken fry. When I questioned. The guy was in confidence and replied this is how it is made Do not ever visit this place Service: Takeaway Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

If you’re ever in the mood to waste your money, ruin your appetite, and test your patience all at once, then by all means — Albaik Santosh Nagar is the place to be. We made the mistake of dining in and ordered their so-called "broasted chicken" and fries. Now, I’ve had hospital food that had more flavor and life in it. The chicken looked like it was shown to a flame from 10 feet away and called “broasted.” It was barely cooked, utterly bland, and had the personality of soggy cardboard. As for the fries — I’m pretty sure they just boiled a potato, chopped it, and dumped it on the plate hoping we wouldn’t notice. Spoiler alert: we noticed. But wait, the best part — the customer service. Ever seen a statue with a bad attitude? That’s who was manning the counter. We tried to give feedback, expecting maybe an apology or at least basic human acknowledgment. Instead, we were treated like invisible fools wasting his royal time. Rude, arrogant, and a masterclass in how not to interact with paying customers. Honestly, if you’re into raw chicken, flavorless fries, and ego-laced silence, then congratulations — this place is your paradise. Zero stars. Negative stars if I could. This isn’t just a restaurant.
