Al Saj Kitchen, Aluva – Very Poor Customer Experience Today we visited Al Saj Kitchen in Aluva and placed an order for Mathi rice with beef. After waiting for a long time, the staff informed us that both Mathi and beef were not available. This caused unnecessary delay and wasted our time. It was disappointing that the staff took the order without even checking the availability of the food items. The staff also seemed unaware of what dishes were available in the restaurant. Based on this experience, we would not recommend this place, as it resulted in a waste of time and poor customer service.
