Had a really good experience at Al Saj Kitchen. The ambience is clean, neat, and comfortable. Tables are spaced properly so you’re not eating elbow-to-elbow with strangers, and the place has a calm vibe that makes it easy to actually enjoy your meal. The food was genuinely tasty. Not the usual heavy, oily stuff some restaurants serve to fake flavor. The spices were balanced and the meat was cooked well, tender and not chewy. Even the side dishes were consistent and fresh, which says a lot about the kitchen’s standards. Service was straightforward and efficient. The staff didn’t hover or push unnecessary items, but they were attentive when needed. No drama, no confusion, just clean service.
