Very bad taste, biryani master needs to understand what biryani taste from other restaurants and then prepare it, more over food should be served hot if we do have options to dislike the outlet I would be happy to do it. I ordered a Full Chicken Mandi from Al Reem Restaurant for Sahar (Suhoor), the early morning meal before fasting during Ramadan. Since Sahar is an important meal, my family was depending on that food for our early morning supper. When I opened the parcel, I noticed the chicken pieces were not correct for a full chicken. Instead of proper portions, they provided three leg pieces and only one chest piece. A full chicken mandi should normally include the proper chest portion, but it was missing and replaced with extra leg pieces. When I called to ask about this issue, the owner Pena sheikh responded very rudely and arrogantly. Instead of explaining politely, she spoke aggressively and used disrespectful words. She told me that if I don’t want the food, I should return it and take the money back. But during Sahar time our family was depending on that food for supper before fasting, so that response felt very insensitive and rude. I respect any business and the effort behind it, especially during Ramadan, but customers also deserve respectful communication when they raise a genuine concern.Better avoid this restaurant,self respect is important.
