I had alpham mandhi from this outlet and the food was good but sad to say the hospitality and the staffs were not upto the mark. I have tried mandhi from their ernakulam branch and they even during the rush hour they treated their guests with proper treatment. But this branch dissappointed me in the case of hospitality and it was not during a rush hour only some guests were there and still they had no proper staff. And if someone from the officials are seeing this review please make sure that this branch is managed properly. Food: 5 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5
