Me ,my family and my friends a regular customer at Al Reem Muvattupuzha, but today i am facing disgusting experience from oservice staff.my happiness gets completely destroyed.one service staff there,his name RAFI behaved very badly. From the beginning itself, the food was served in a very poor manner.he is very angry and mocked for requesting onion and Rice ..His way of talking is not suitable for hospitality.he is talking something in phone what ever he is not suitablel any hospitality proffetion Note: Dear property owner, if you want your business to grow, you should choose people with a good attitude.
