If you’re expecting even the most basic level of hospitality, prepare to be let down. I walked in with my family and asked the man at the cash register if he could arrange an empty table for the five of us. He looked up, asked “how many?”, and after I repeated myself he just zoned out. Completely unresponsive—just stared at the wall like I’d asked him to solve quantum physics. It was bizarre, frustrating, and honestly kind of insulting. This wasn’t just poor service—it was no service. If this guy is the first impression of the place, I can only imagine how bad the rest of the experience might be. You’d get more engagement from a mannequin. I tried the Alfam Kuzhimandi at Al Razi Restaurant in Thiruvalla, and it was fantastic! The flavors were rich, the meat tender, and the rice perfectly cooked. Great service too! Highly recommend! Food was not anything to match the hype. Not many options. They just have biriyani and various versions of it. Nothing great about the food. Plates were awful, it had oil stains and oily. Did not appear the plates were washed hygienically and properly. Service is horrible. Service: Dine in Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
