I recently visited Al Kareem Restaurant. The owner himself was polite and respectful, but unfortunately, the staff he has hired need serious improvement in terms of professionalism and service. We ordered fried rice and specifically requested for it to be prepared with low spice. While the chef did prepare it correctly, the waiter carelessly switched our plate with another customer’s, and I ended up receiving a very spicy dish instead. Such negligence is highly unprofessional and completely unacceptable in food service. Additionally, the Shami Patha we ordered was served extremely late, which further added to the disappointment. The staff seemed lazy, slow, and unorganized, which affected the overall dining experience. Al Kareem has good potential, but unless the service quality and staff professionalism are improved, it will be very difficult for customers to have a satisfying experience.
