The most pathetic service I’ve ever experienced in my life. I had to ask twice just to get drinking water. Even after I finished my entire meal, no one bothered to bring it. Absolutely unacceptable. I don’t even know if the people there are staff or the owners — but honestly, whoever they are, they have zero sense of hospitality. Their attitude? Lethargic, careless, and completely unbothered. Yes, the food was decent I ordered biriyani, but they are serving mandhi, these people don't eat a good mandhi.... That's the true. I don't want to comment more about food. what’s the point if the service is so miserable that it ruins the entire experience? This was the worst hotel experience of my entirelife. I wouldn’t return even if they were the only place open, I’d rather stay hungry. Avoid this place unless you want to be treated like you don’t exist. Definitely I will suggest Al Haja Event Management and catering service. They made our marriage function day awesome. Stage decoration, food etc were superb. Mr. Thoufeek was the manager for our function. They made it awesome. Food was superb in taste. After that, during our house warming, they handled much beautiful. Catering and food was suberb.Staff coordination was good. Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
