It is one of the worst restaurant in Bangalore, they serve packet parotha and refrigerated gravy’s which are already spoilt and taste bad. Why do you want to go to a hotel to eat packaged food,Also the meat is not cooked properly,it is again cold, They have a crispy fried chicken and they almost serve that in wrap,in burgers,pizza. Making people fool and I wonder how this restaurant is still running. May be fake promotions and reviews on Instagram.I had gone to this while passing through that road and was not influenced by any reels.they have four branches and a cloud kitchen in Bangalore , they are serving prepared food to their dine out branches. Nothing is fresh in this hotel. Avoid and save the money. I have complained to FSSAI to look into their operational and storage activities. I got food poisoning after having here. The staff if unruly and the owner of this restaurant is running a fraud with the multiple hotels and openly operating catering cum dine out restaurant. The owner should be arrested for running such low quality restaurant. Hope govt brings strict law to punish such businesses. AVOID THEM AND SAVE YOUR HEALTH. Your claim about food poisoning and fake promotions is both misleading and damaging. We would request you to share your bill details or order ID so that we can investigate this matter transparently. Utterly embarrassing in front of guests when I waited almost 1 hr 20 mins and they cancelled last minute. They were very hungry and i kept on praising the restaurant and food. But seems they dont care abt people and instead of informing earlier they cancelled it at the last moment. It was almost 3 PM and my guests were certainly disappointed and left hungry. Poor service. Poor management. Never expected this from them. Leaving people hungry is the worst sin one can do.
