I had an amazing time at Al Daaz in HSR Layout, Bengaluru recently. This place is a total gem for food lovers. The staff were so warm and welcoming, always checking in with a smile and suggesting great dishes. The food was just incredible. I loved the smoky, juicy Al Faham Chicken, and the Chicken Biryani Boneless was packed with flavor, with rice cooked just right. Crispy Chicken Strips were also super tasty, made with fresh ingredients. The portions are huge, easily enough for two people, which is awesome for sharing with friends or family. And the prices? So reasonable for what you get. I was shocked at how affordable everything was, from pizzas to tandoori dishes. The menu has something for everyone, with Indian, Arabic, Chinese, Italian, and Mexican options. I tried a Blue Curacao Lemonade Mojito, and it was so refreshing. The vibe is cozy but lively, and the place is spotless. Al Daaz nails it with great food, big servings, low prices, and tons of variety. I’m already excited to go back and try more. Comparing with Empire HSR Layout: Cheaper when compared to Empire. The ambience was not good. A lot of house flies flying around the tables, sitting on plates and all cutlery. There is no option to order half a plate of any item. For example we were 2 people but had to order a full plate of fried chicken strips which were 14 in number. The quality and taste of food was just average. Ordered thandoori piece biryani. Biryani was just khushka. Sheermall was pizza base but it was tasty and light. Pros are, they have provided a good amount of tissues on the table and in the handwash area. A full bottle of mayonese was provided without extra cost. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Utterly embarrassing in front of guests when I waited almost 1 hr 20 mins and they cancelled last minute. They were very hungry and i kept on praising the restaurant and food. But seems they dont care abt people and instead of informing earlier they cancelled it at the last moment. It was almost 3 PM and my guests were certainly disappointed and left hungry. Poor service. Poor management. Never expected this from them. Leaving people hungry is the worst sin one can do.
