The owner’s behavior is highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Even with the hotel completely empty, customers are denied entry inside and forced to sit outside, a clear display of arrogance. The food quantity is inadequate, and the quality has drastically deteriorated, falling far below expected standards. We have investigated the concerns raised and could find in CCTV footage that you were asked with due respect to sit in the waiting area as you were standing in the passage after placing the order. You were referred as "Sir". How can offering a seat in the waiting area be arrogance? About the quantity and quality, neither the containers which we serve have changed nor the preparation method. Your special request of extra masala was also honoured. We however believe that you will give us a apportunity to serve you better next time.
