Disappointed and Frustrated with the Experience I ordered 1 Zinger Burger and 2 Lollipops, but instead, they sent broast in place of the lollipops. The delivery service was honestly a letdown – not only were there extra charges, but the way the staff handled everything felt careless. When I raised the issue, all I got was a plain "sorry" with no proper solution, no refund, and no offer to fix their mistake. It’s really frustrating to pay for something and not receive what you ordered. Clearly, there was no cross-checking done before dispatch. The Zinger Burger was decent in taste, but even that was far too oily – especially the chicken breast, which could definitely be improved. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. The lack of professionalism in both delivery and customer service really shows. I wouldn’t recommend ordering from here unless you’re okay with surprises and no accountability.
