Once the promenade around the Parry's Corner is over, visit Al Arz Restaurant. Taste nicely cooked grilled chicken, mandi and chicken soup at this restaurant when you happen to be near it. Do not go away without eating good falooda. You will hardly forget great lemonade that you can find.
Al Arz Restaurant is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. Also, visitors recommend this place because of adequate prices. You will definitely like the calm ambiance and nice decor. Google users are quite generous with this spot: it was rated 4 stars.

Visited Al Arz in Mannadi on a weekend and had to wait 45 mins even at 4:30 PM. Tried the laham juicy mandi, laham Turkish mandi, and mutton barbeque. Both mandi varieties had good, flavorful meat, but weren't exceptional. Portion sizes for a single plate were perfect for one person. Al Arz gives you two options: limited rice (includes mutton soup, mandi, and ends with sulaimani chai) or unlimited rice with nothing extra. We chose the first option, but the mutton soup arrived after a 20-minute wait after finishing our meal and tasted unpleasant and not fresh. To add to the disappointment, they ran out of sulaimani chai.The highlight was definitely the mutton barbeque really juicy, and the spicy kick was unique. However, the mandi came with very little fried onion, and when we asked for more (even willing to pay extra), they simply refused. That really affected the overall experience as fried onions are essential for authentic mandi.Service was slow, some menu items like kabsa weren’t available, and the little things (like running out of sulaimani chai, denying extra onions) made the experience less enjoyable. One thing that should be mentioned is they have proper majlis setup. Might give it another chance, but if things don’t improve, it’s not a place I’d recommend for mandi. Fantastic Experience at AL ARZ I recently visited AL ARZ restaurant and I must say it was a wonderful experience! The food was exceptional—both in quality and taste. Every dish we ordered was flavorful and authentic, showcasing the best of Arabian cuisine. From the starters to the main course, the seasoning and freshness of the ingredients truly stood out. The portion sizes were generous, making sure everyone left feeling satisfied. It’s always great when a restaurant offers both quality and quantity, and this place certainly does. The atmosphere was inviting and warm. The decor and ambiance really reflected Arabian culture, creating a relaxing and enjoyable dining experience.
