Al Akbar Restaurant delivers a mixed experience. While some of the food was reasonably tasty, the overall dining environment left a lot to be desired. The ambiance was lacking, with a dated setup and not much attention to cleanliness. Tables didn’t feel thoroughly cleaned, and the general upkeep of the place seemed neglected. Service was average, and although the food had some decent flavors, it wasn’t enough to fully make up for the uninviting atmosphere. This is not a place you’d choose for a comfortable or pleasant dine-in meal. If you’re only focused on food and don’t mind the setting, it might be worth trying for takeout.
