The accommodating staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place wonderful. Service at this restaurant is something one can name spectacular. You can pay your attention to the exotic atmosphere. But Akshaya Patra - Hotel Palla's Pride is not highly appreciated by Google users who assigned it a below average rating.

Worst management. They showed seats to us yo sit and took order. After 15 minutes of waiting, they said that food is not available. And their response is "what can we do". Never seen such worst service & people. Service: 1

Arrogant people and worst service. They take order and says lunch is not available after 15 minutes of Waiting. This happened at 2:15pm afternoon. Suddenly they got some telephonic big order and they informed the customers at hotel that meals not available. Never had such a worst experience. There are better options than this at Nandyal. Actually its a zero rating. Service: 1
