A lot of people suppose that the staff is knowledgeable here. Good service is a strong point that plays a great role for the success of this restaurant. The quiet atmosphere is to be found here. But Akshaya Patra - Hotel Palla's Pride hasn't gained a high rating from Google users.

Worst management. They showed seats to us yo sit and took order. After 15 minutes of waiting, they said that food is not available. And their response is "what can we do". Never seen such worst service & people. Service: 1

Arrogant people and worst service. They take order and says lunch is not available after 15 minutes of Waiting. This happened at 2:15pm afternoon. Suddenly they got some telephonic big order and they informed the customers at hotel that meals not available. Never had such a worst experience. There are better options than this at Nandyal. Actually its a zero rating. Service: 1
