Aircons not cooling enough had to call many times to set the aircon right.very poor service Rooms: Make sure the air conditioning will is working. Staff was very very Rude , Worst hotel ever seen, staff doesn’t know how talk with the customer There was no towel in the room , after calling at reception no response form them so i went n asked for the towel they are says we don’t keep the towel in pocket . Service: 1
