*1/5 stars* "Absolutely terrible experience at [Akram Qureshi Foods] today! I visited with my teacher and colleagues, expecting a nice meal, but what we got was a disaster. The chicken dish was not only undercooked, but also completely tasteless. It was like eating cardboard. But the real kicker was when we brought this to the attention of the main person in charge. Instead of apologizing and offering a solution, he spoke to us rudely and didn't even bother to listen to our concerns. I was mortified, especially since I had brought my teachers and colleagues to this restaurant. The lack of accountability and customer service was appalling. The worst part is that I feel ashamed for bringing them here. The experience was embarrassing, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. Unless they seriously revamp their kitchen and customer service, I'd advise others to avoid this restaurant at all costs. Never coming back here... These people has spoiled our night...
