We celebrated Valentine’s Day at Akina and had an absolutely wonderful experience. The evening was perfect from start to finish, with great ambiance and exceptional food. The Chilli Garlic Yaki Udon Noodles were outstanding and definitely a highlight of the night.A special thanks to Phenri for the warm hospitality and for making our celebration truly memorable. We had a fantastic time!

I visited Akina last night with a group of eight friends. While the food and atmosphere were undeniable highlights, the operational side of things left a lot to be desired. Despite booking a week in advance, we weren't given a proper table for 8. We were initially asked to wait for other guests to leave, but after 30 minutes of wait, we eventually just squeezed ourselves onto a small table to get the night started. Service was incredibly slow. There was a 20-minute gap between appetizers and mains, and a staggering 30-minute wait for dessert. It felt like the kitchen or the floor staff were struggling to keep up with the Friday night rush(although the restaurant seemed empty). The saving grace of our evening was the manager, Rohan. He was professional, listened to our frustrations, and genuinely tried to make amends. He kindly offered us two complimentary desserts and two portions of pani puri. While the "damage" of the long waits was already done, we truly appreciated his gesture and hospitality.Big shoutout to Rohan!!! U knw the drill with the ladies The final verdict! The food was delicious and the ambiance is stunning, making it a great spot for a girls' night out. However, if you’re heading there in a large group, be prepared for some potential delays. Would I return? Yes, for the flavors, favours and the vibe, but I hope they workout their reservation and service timing issues! All in all great plc… lil mishap might be neglected… u take a call.
