Great Food, But Noisy Ambience I recently visited Ajit Bar and Restaurant in Kalyani Market, Unit-8, Bhubaneswar, for a friend's birthday party, and I must say, it was a delightful culinary experience! This place is known for its wide range of food and drinks, and we decided to try some fish-based dishes along with a vegetarian snack. ️ Food Review We ordered: 1. Fish Masala Roast – This dish was absolutely delicious! The fish was fresh, cooked to perfection, and marinated with rich Indian spices that gave it a fantastic aroma and taste. The masala was well-balanced, neither too spicy nor too mild, making it enjoyable for everyone at our table. 2. Fish Garlic Chinchada – This was another standout dish. The combination of garlic and special spices added a unique, tangy flavor to the fish, making it a treat for seafood lovers. The presentation was also impressive, and the portion size was generous. 3. American Corn Roast – A perfect vegetarian appetizer! The corn was crispy on the outside and soft inside, with a hint of butter and seasoning that made it super tasty. This dish complemented our seafood choices well and was a great option for those who prefer non-meat dishes. Overall, the taste, portion size, and presentation of the food were excellent. Since we were here for a birthday celebration, we didn’t mind the lively atmosphere too much, but it might not be the best choice for those looking for a quiet and relaxed dining experience. The music volume was high, and combined with the crowd, it made conversations difficult at times. Final Verdict If you’re looking for great seafood and drinks with friends, this is a solid choice.
