This region was originally inhabited by tribal people, who have now been forced to relocate. After searching extensively, I discovered 'Ajam Emba,' an initiative to introduce Jharkhand's tribal cuisine to everyone.Unfortunately, the tribal people couldn't open a hotel on the main road, but to reach there you have to follow google. There is a very narrow road which will lead to the restaurant. Initially, my family and I were skeptical about finding the place, and Google reviews made me even more confused. However, we were pleasantly surprised.We tried authentic Jharkhand dishes like Dhushka (made with rice, similar to idli), Madhua Chilka (ragi millet), Ghughni (chickpea curry), and Kacha Lanka Chutney. We also ordered Handi Mutton and Getu Mach (a type of fish found in muddy waters).The owner shared stories, and we ended up ordering Godli Kshir (millet kheer), which was amazing. The mutton was the best I've ever had; so tender and flavorful, with a unique aroma missing in other dishes.To truly experience a place, one must try the local cuisine. Ajam Emba is a must-visit."
