The place has a great atmosphere, but unfortunately, the staff was quite rude and unprofessional during my visit. Their behavior toward customers was disappointing and not in line with the welcoming environment of the establishment. It’s unfortunate to see such a nice place potentially losing customers due to poor service. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving staff conduct.
