Great great pet friendly place for family.. we went to celebrate our mom's 50th birthday and it was a great decision. The staff was super friendly, rooms were clean and the location is great. Food is fresh and amazing so you never have to leave the place if you're there to relax. Overall amazing experience! Service: 5

I recently stayed here with two senior citizens and a six year old child.....and had a very disappointing experience in lot of factors. I am hopeful that this feedback is taken constructively by the property owner. The day we reached 5th November afternoon my father noticed that flush water was constantly flowing. He immediately brought this to support staffs attention. He replied that it keeps flowing not a issue. My father was worried about wastage and shortage of water and that's what exactly happened. Next day we all were up at 4 in morning and when my father used the toilet there was no water!!!! Such experience we don't expect when you have paid almost 8500 for one night !!!!! Obviously my father was furious, later water supply did resume once manager turned on the cock but the experience was truly disappointing. Next day then they got the plumber n fixed it ....but when guests are there....such repair work had to be carried out. Property owner did give us 25 percent off ..approx 1500 rupees...but definitely the experience was very bitter. Not just this there was kettle in the room but no milk powder or tea bags. So we asked for it....staff there replied it's already there....we had to tell him...it's not there....then he got 4 pack each. Next day again when I asked for sachet he replied yesterday only I had given you so many !!!!! Such courteous reply!!!! And lastly as seen in the photos.....products were kept in the bathroom without checking their expiry date !!!! And look at the condition of the bottles....two small soaps were there that's it. Such small small glitches definitely makes a huge impact on guests.......and in this industry when competition is so stiff... especially during holiday season....such small things make a huge negative impact Only thing positive here was the good food, that's it !! Dear Hetal ji, Apologies for the bad experience, which is also a first for us and you can judge the quality of the service we provide by the reviews our team gets. The stuck metropole flush was not reported by the roomboy due to which the overhead tank emptied overnight. However, the manager immediately started the pump and the issue was mitigated in less than 5 minutes. I personally discussed with your father that this is mechanical failure and beyond control and he was satisfied with it. Regards, Team Agroha
