Recently I ordered through online for my friend who was ill so I thought I should order with good rated restaurant. It was horrible experience from the restaurant management. They cancelled the order and when I asked for the reason then he started in unprofessional language. I would suggest to avoid such outlets in any occasion. Worst service and behaviour of shop owner. I wish there was an option for zero stars. The staff was shockingly rude, and the food was not only cold but tasted stale, as if it had been sitting out for hours. On top of that, when I politely requested a small change to my order, the person started arguing and speaking to me in an extremely disrespectful manner. Absolutely unacceptable behavior in the hospitality business. Save your money, time, and mood — there are far better places to eat where you’ll actually be treated like a customer and not a nuisance.
