We have thoroughly investigated the issue. Each custom cake is different and we package them best in our standard boxes. The cake had been packaged well with sufficient space so that the board doesnt stick to the surface. We pack several such cakes on a daily basis and also inform the customer picking up about its handling. We understand that accidents still happen and offered to repair the cake immediately free of cost at any of our shops. It is not possible to send a person to your home and repair it there as you expected of us. The phone was disconnected by our senior member only after all our provided options were refused and the second person on your end started shouting profanities at our people, which we do our best but sometimes can not tolerate. Hope you had a good celebration and enjoyed our dutch truffle cake.
