We dined at Afghan Darbar for the first time yesterday, and it turned out to be a very disappointing experience. The staff got our order wrong twice, and we had to repeatedly correct them by showing the menu. When the food arrived, the tandoori chicken was raw and uncooked in the middle — completely unacceptable. The portions were small for the prices, the korma lacked taste, and some kebab pieces were so tough they were almost impossible to chew. What’s worse, no one, not even the manager apologized or showed any concern about the poor service or raw food. Sadly, our family left feeling extremely let down and that we had wasted both our time and money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400

Visited Afghan Darbar Restaurant at Lajpat Nagar and had an amazing experience! The food was authentic, flavorful, and portions were generous. The kebabs, pulao, and naan were delicious. Ambience was warm and service was quick. Highly recommend this place for anyone wanting to try real Afghan cuisine in Delhi.
