This branch is located at the railway station and is always very crowded. It has both a lower and an upper floor, but even during peak hours, only the lower floor is open — resulting in long waiting times. Moreover, the customer service here is consistently poor. Every visit has been disappointing in terms of staff behavior and responsiveness. The management should take this seriously and make immediate improvements.
