*Disappointed with the Service and Cleanliness*chennai Ananda Bhavan koratty I had high hopes for this vegetarian restaurant, but unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing. From the moment we walked in, the reception was far from welcoming—the person at the front desk was noticeably rude and unapproachable, which immediately set a negative tone. What was even more off-putting was the lack of basic cleanliness. Tables had leftover plates that weren’t cleared, making the place look messy and poorly managed. It was enough to make us lose our appetite, and we ended up leaving without trying any food. We weren’t the only ones. Like us, several other families were visibly disappointed and left without having their breakfast. On a positive note, I did notice two lady staff members working hard to keep up with orders and support the customers as best they could. Their effort deserves recognition, but unfortunately, it wasn’t enough to make up for the poor management and unfriendly reception. Customer service and cleanliness are the bare minimum for any dining experience, and sadly, this place fell short on both. I won’t be returning, and I wouldn’t recommend it based on this view.
