Regarding Poor Service and Cold Food at Ayyappa Nagar A2B Adayar Ananda Bhavan Branch Dear Adyar Ananda Bhavan Team, I am very disappointed with the service at your Ayyappa Nagar branch. The staff are negligent and not attentive to customers. Recently, I ordered Paneer Biryani (₹310), but it was served cold, not hot. When I asked the staff, instead of addressing the issue, they argued with me saying “it’s already hot.” This is unacceptable. I also ordered Mini Idli (₹140), but the sambar was only lukewarm. Even after requesting hot sambar, the staff refused to provide it. As a regular customer who visits A2B two to three times a week, I have always enjoyed the food and service at other branches. Previously, this branch also maintained good service, but now the managers and captains are careless and not serving food properly. Despite informing them several times, the problem continues — food is often served cold, and staff do not respond respectfully to customer concerns. I kindly request you to take immediate action to improve the service and ensure that food is served hot and fresh, as expected from A2B standards. Please look into the Ayyappa Nagar branch staff and management, as this is not a one-time issue but a repeated problem. I have attached photos for your reference. Less quantity High Price. Hotel is very stingy. i ordered 2 South meal and requested them to give only 1 sambar, because the quantity of sambar they give is not sufficient. Staff is speaking rudely and asking 35rs extra. If you ask extra 1 sambar they will argue too much. They can let go wasteages but they are not ready to give one extra sambar. Staff behaviour is not professional. Lazy staff. If customer is paying the amount why are you giving less quantity ? Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹200–400 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I keep ordering from Swiggy and every time they promise a bolt delivery and every time there’s a delay for 20-30 minutes and the restaurant folks don’t want to talk on call as they don’t care, they don’t hand over the food in time and they are extremely rude! I’m stopping ordering online from them! No responsibility and no customer support friendly! Not sure why they think they are above other restaurants and clearly success has gone to their heads! Horrible! This is specially for the ayappa nagar branch! My house is500m from them and it takes 30-40 minutes to deliver where as the rider reaches the restaurant in 5 minutes! Pathetic! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
