Had a great experience here! The food was very tasty, and the staff was polite and welcoming. We ordered biryani, paal porotta, nool porotta, beef gravy, and sulaimani. The biryani was absolutely amazing, and the beef was delicious as well. The sulaimani had a unique flavor. The ambiance was pleasant, and the waiting time was minimal. Securing a table required waiting in a queue, which is to be expected in any bustling venue, so it was easy to overlook. However, the demeanor of the staff responsible for taking orders and serving was remarkably indifferent, treating us as though we were of no significance. During my visit yesterday, the individual assigned to pour water into my glass managed instead to spill it across the table. Even in such a situation, I anticipated a simple apology—a basic gesture of courtesy—but none was forthcoming. Additionally, the spoon served alongside the biryani’s salad had visible food residue. When I pointed this out, the utensil was replaced without a word of acknowledgment, leaving my hope for an apology unmet.

Though the restaurant’s name and the quality of its food are well-regarded, such conduct from the staff diminishes the experience. Aside from these two incidents, everything else was superbly handled and of excellent quality.
