I came all the way from Sangli to visit this Jaysingpur adi's cafe expecting a great experience. The food was good and the ambience was nice, but the service completely ruined it. We were actually the first customers of the day, yet unbelievably, our order came only after 1 hour 30 minutes! Meanwhile, everyone else who came after us was served quickly and without any delay. On top of that, they made us sit right in the very front and never even told us why. It felt uncomfortable, especially since everyone else was seated beside their friends in better spots. The staff didn’t bother to explain the delay, the seating, or even apologize for the poor service. It’s really disappointing to travel from Sangli for this experience. A cafe with good food and ambience can still lose customers if they can’t provide fair and respectful service. Definitely not worth coming back — the poor service was a huge letdown.
