“Adiga Restaurant in Ramanagara is one of the town’s oldest and most trusted establishments. It serves excellent South Indian cuisine, including idli–sambar, bisi bele bath, masala dosa, onion dosa, vegetable pulao, and puri with a particularly flavorful sagu. The option to add fresh butter (benne) to dosas further enhances the taste. Snacks such as benne murukku, onion pakoda, and masala vada are also very good even in the lunch time afternoon you get rasam and sambar rice.
