Went to celebrate my mother’s birthday at Adda, Dera Bassi — a place we used to visit often earlier. Unfortunately, this visit turned out to be extremely disappointing and frustrating. The initial bill given to us was ₹1238. While making the payment, a 10% discount was applied through Zomato, and I paid ₹1124. Immediately after the payment, the staff told us that “Zomato payments are not accepted.” This was never communicated beforehand. When we offered to pay the discounted difference amount separately (around ₹113), they refused and instead generated a completely new bill of around ₹2000+, asking us to pay an additional ₹847. This made absolutely no sense, especially since our order only included two 1+1 beers and one nachos. We calmly tried to resolve the issue with the manager, explaining everything clearly, but he was extremely rude and uncooperative. Instead of addressing the mistake on their end, they forced us to pay extra without any proper justification. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and feels like nothing less than a scam. There was zero transparency, poor communication, and highly unprofessional conduct. Get ready to get scammed, if you're going here! Price per person: ₹1,800–2,000
