I visited Adarsh yesterday after nearly 10 years, and I was extremely disappointed. The staff at the cash counter possibly the owner seemed completely inattentive and lost in her own world. Cleanliness was poorly maintained, and despite the restaurant shifting to a self-service model, I had to get up multiple times just to get basic things done. This place used to be a childhood favorite, but sadly, it has lost its charm. The food was average at best. Definitely not worth a revisit. I’d recommend trying other restaurants or outlets instead

I had a very disappointing experience at Adarsh Jalpan Grih. The customer service was terrible — staff were rude, unhelpful, and showed no concern for guests. Hygiene was also a serious issue: there were no tissues on the tables, the spoons were dirty, and there was no proper table service at all. Tables were left uncleaned, and the overall environment felt neglected. It was an unpleasant visit, and I would not recommend this place to anyone. They seriously need to work on both their behavior and their hygiene standards if they expect to keep customers coming back.
