Adam's restaurant in Udalguri is a great place to visit with friends and family. The interior design is very attractive and the atmosphere is pleasant. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. However, the customer service is not up to the mark. Customers have reported waiting for more than an hour for simple orders like chicken pakora and chicken roll. Even when customers are informed that certain items are not available, they still have to wait a long time before they get their orders. The staff is also not well-trained and can be slow to respond. This is a major drawback of the restaurant. On a positive note, the restaurant has a positive mindset with lots of positive quotes and the waiter is well-mannered. If Adam's can improve their customer service, it will be a great place to visit.

Vibe is good... But the staffs they always fail to impress there customers...they don't even talk properly..also last time when we visited with family they didn't serve us. Everytime from 8:00pm onwards the whole staffs are in hurry to close the restaurant. There are much more... In coming days they have to change their behaviour and service to survive in the market. We always expect best service from Adam's. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹400–600
