It is a beautiful place, peaceful excellent service. Food is great if you love Chinese, Non vegetarian , different varieties, culture etc. Deserts were awesome, Coconut Halwa, Cheese cakes, Chocolate cakes, etc. Mango ice cream was the best treat. Servers were super nice. Warm Naan/ Roti was served at the table. If you are looking for all Indian desi food, you would rate it as Medium, other than that over and all splendid experience. Cayenne soup was great to start with. Loved our visit and food. We were the guest but we noticed our host paid hefty price for our food and a wonderful experience. As we have booked for Valentine table at the property, we had talked that they will arrange the decorative table and will provide best quality food But it was really disappointed as a well reputed hotel chain has made us very disappointed. We travelled over 20 km for dinner on special day of Valentines, but we were really disappointed. They were no welcoming gesture by the staff plus the food was too cold, specially the pasta in which the sauce was Totally tasteless, and it was booked by a name of Dr. Parth Patel and we have totally wasted. And experienced a very bad hospitality by the hotel. They need to improve a lot as they have a reputation in the market compare to them. They are a lot of more properties which we have experienced very good hospitality. So it’s request from our side that you make changes and provide the best hospitality as you have a good Reputation and name in the industry, but to be honest, we are totally disappointed as a Valentine’s Day was spoiled Need to improve a lot, so it doesn’t affect your customers day, Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
