Visited this restaurant today for lunch with family members. Had Terrible Service Experience and was absolutely disappointed with the service here by rude and unprofessional behavior of the supplier. Cashier informed that variety meals has to be in collected in the outside area near to cash counter and meals has to be collected inside area by providing the token. He mentioned that family members (ladies) consuming the variety rice can sit inside along with ther persons who are consuming Meals. Considering the crowd was less and few tables were free, we felt it should be okay to sit in the inside area. A young supplier in the inside area behaved rudely saying that only people having meals should sit inside. We informed him that Cashier allowed to sit inside but he was not understanding and arguing with us unnecessarily. Basic manners and customer service were completely missing. This is the worst experience with supplier I have ever been. I expected a much better experience and will not be recommending this place who are going with family until the staff is properly trained. One of the finest vegetarian mess in coimbatore. Seriously it is 100% more than Annaboorna and Anandhas. Interms of taste, service evrything is perfect. I wish, they would open branches opposite to all annaboorna branches. The real pride of coimbatore is Aachi Mess Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: ₹1–200 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Parotta, Coconut Rice, Vegetable Biryani, Ghee Roast Dosa, Sambar Rice
