Parcel Charges: The Rs. 9 charge per parcel covers the cost of high-quality, microwave-safe containers we use to ensure food safety and convenience. These are not standard plastic packs but are chosen to maintain the quality of your food even after takeaway. 2. Service Time: All our dishes are prepared à la carte, fresh to order, which may take slightly longer than pre-prepared meals. This is a conscious choice to maintain taste and quality. 3. Regarding Service Experience: As your order was for takeaway, we’re unclear on what part of the service caused disappointment. If there was any specific issue during pickup or interaction, we’d appreciate more details so we can look into it and improve. 4. Promotions: We’d also like to respectfully point out that we have not done any paid promotions to date. Our growth has been entirely organic, thanks to our local community and word-of-mouth. So we request you not to assume or attribute our popularity to paid social media campaigns. We genuinely welcome constructive criticism and always strive to do better.
