Very Disappointed with the Service Visited Achayante Adukkala expecting a good dining experience, but unfortunately, the service was quite poor. The staff seemed uninterested and inattentive. After ordering, it took too long for the food to arrive, We order 2 Biriyani and One meals, their is No pickle with biriyani, The funny part is, the side curries of meals are supplied and waiting for the rice for 20 minit after that we asked for the rice. They forgot to serve the rice and there was no proper update or apology for the delay. When we tried to ask about the order, the response was rude and unprofessional. It's really disappointing to see such behavior, especially when the place has so much potential. Hope they work on improving customer service because good food alone isn't enough.
