Achayante Adukkala offers high-quality food, and overall, we didn’t face many major issues. However, the place is quite expensive and not suitable for budget-conscious customers. The biggest concern is the long waiting time—around 45 minutes—which can be frustrating. While most of the staff are fine, a few didn’t come across as very friendly. Parking is also a challenge due to a lack of proper management, especially when it's crowded. With some improvements in service and facilities, the experience could be much better. We went to have lunch there with huge expectations, watching their Instagram reels . We went at around 2:30 pm. There is a cushioned sofa seating as well as chair seating . We were two people . When we went there it was kind of rush as it was peak lunch time. We asked if we could be seated at the cushioned sofa, as it was the only one available at the time . They said no , it’s a 4 seater. We said okay and then they seated us at the chair seating which was also 4 seater so I don’t understand the logic ! Next we were not offered a menu. They said they only have veg meals and chicken biriyani . That was such a disappointment . They had all these specials mentioned outside the restaurant and then their Instagram reels show beef and all kinds of food, even their place mat mentioned stuff like Duck mappas and what not , which is all for show .When they served . They took almost 40 mins to serve the only 2 items even available. The glass they served was broken at the rim . Will not be going back there and I would recommend Ottal restaurant which is very close by to anyone who wants to try good food and service . Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4

Sorry for the inconvenience. We truly apologize for the seat change — it was an unintentional mistake. During lunch time, only the following items are available: Meals Biriyani Seafood Beef fry Pork fry Chicken fry We haven’t shared any reels or posts suggesting that other dishes are available during lunch. Items like Duck Mappas, Fish Moilee, Kallappam, and similar specials are part of our dinner menu only. Thank you for understanding.

Impressed me with its tasty food, quick service, and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, and everything we ordered was fresh and full of flavor. Highly recommend for a great meal out! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4
