We enjoyed our stay (15th to 16th March 2025) at Accord Highland Ooty a lot. Excellent location , clean rooms and amazing hospitality of staff are some of the highlights of this hotel. I need to make a special mention of Mr Rab who made our stay more memorable. Mr Rab was very energetic and always ready to go extra mile for customer satisfaction. He also gave a small gift to my son which was a sweet memory. All staff were good, food was nice and the location was wonderful. Hope to come back again. Thanks to Accord Highland team for making our stay memorable. Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights: Luxury, Great view, Quiet, Child-friendly
