I placed my order at 9:45 PM for dinner, and it was accepted and even marked as “being prepared.” The delivery partner had already reached the restaurant, but after 35 minutes, my order was suddenly cancelled without any explanation. As a result, I had no other option but to stay hungry. My room owner locks the gate at 10 PM, and by then, no other restaurant was accepting orders. This is extremely unprofessional and unethical. If my order was going to be cancelled, it should never have been accepted in the first place — that way, I could have arranged something else for dinner. 0 starts
