Extremely Disappointed – A Total Letdown from Both Zomato and Absolute BarbecueOrdered a couple buffet box from Absolute Barbecue via Zomato. Estimated delivery: 25–30 mins. Actual delivery: 1 hour 10 mins. Not only was the food delayed—thanks to AB's slow prep and a delivery partner switch—but to top it off, one paneer subzi packed in a flimsy paper container completely fell through and got wasted.Zomato’s ETA was clearly misleading, and AB’s poor packaging ruined part of the meal. For a premium brand, this experience was unacceptable on all counts. very very disappointed.
