Cold food and pathetic service. Increased price because of no reason. Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹800–1,000 Vegetarian options: Disgusting and cold. Stale paneer and cold veg barbeque and starters.

On this Tuesday, 14th october'25 ( Invoice - GABKVY254491), We had booked AB's - Absolute Barbecues Baguiati, for a gathering of 40 guests, clearly mentioning that the number could extend by 5–10 more. Eventually, the total number of attendees was 52. Despite the restaurant not being crowded that day, the service was shockingly poor. The staff seemed completely untrained and inattentive. We had to repeatedly ask for basic things like table service, starters, adequate tissue paper and even drinking water. The starters were served in extremely limited portions, and we had to keep reminding them to replenish. It felt like they were not prepared at all to handle a group of this size. The floor manager lacked the maturity and professionalism required to manage such an event. It was our daughter’s 6th birthday, and there were around 15 children present. Naturally, kids were playing and enjoying themselves, but instead of accommodating the celebration, the manager rudely complained to the guests and also to the me as host about the children’s behavior. This was very inappropriate and not expecting. Moreover, the behavior of other staff members was equally disappointing—unfriendly and unwelcoming throughout the event, such as removing the plates while we were yet to finish the food. What should have been a joyful celebration turned into a stressful and unpleasant experience. Finally “ A horrible experience overall this time. All our guests, including us, strongly advised against hosting any future events at this venue for such events. There are other players(B*** N**) other yours have completely transformed there service along with the food and service quality. Individual booking’s service might get vary, which we cannot comment on. Sorry to say, but this is harsh reality.”. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: ₹2,000+
