Very unhygienic conditions. The food quality was concerning, and there was utter chaos. The MGF Metropolis mall outlet in Gurgaon certainly was understaffed, and everyone from the manager to the cleaner was just running around trying to cater to customer requests across tables. The food tasted super bad with no standards maintained. For 15 mins, nothing was first served, and then when it was, they offered only 2-3 grill options, and we had to keep asking every passing staff member if they had anything more to serve. The soup was all water, the Dal also was in a similar state, masala of all the vegetables tasted the same, and the desert counter appeared as if it had been robbed away. The drinks counter was abandoned for a long time and the live chaat counter had just a single person who we saw at one point trying to cater to 20 people bunched up near him as the same person also covered for the live pasta and noodle station.Our decision to dine in at this outlet was very random, but with what we've experienced, we are surely never visiting an Absolute Barbeque outlet ever again. Thank you ABs for spoiling an otherwise great day for us.
