I had one of the worst buffet experiences ever. The service was extremely poor—there was hardly anyone attending to guests. After we finally got a table and the grill was set up, no one seemed to care whether skewers were being served. There was just one staff member trying to manage 6–7 tables at once. Even after calling the manager, it took time for someone to bring a few skewers, and when they did, the food was disappointing—either tasteless or overly spiced. None of the dishes stood out, and my wife barely ate anything. She even started feeling unwell after the meal. What disturbed me the most was the hygiene. The staff member clearing tables did not wash his hands and was directly handling skewers while serving. Worse, when clearing our table, he took uneaten skewers back to the kitchen after putting the used ones into a bin. That raised serious concerns about food safety. After witnessing all this, I felt nauseous and uncomfortable and had to rush to the washroom, which was located outside the restaurant. Overall, this was a highly unpleasant and concerning experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious when choosing buffet restaurants, especially if hygiene and service standards are compromised. Absolutely No to Absolute Barbeque. Worst Possible Thing could happen to anyone. I don't know how they get a FSSAI licence.
